Refund / Exchange Policy

1. Online Order Returns Period

We accept returns within 14 days of the item being delivered. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.


2. Returns for Click & Collect Orders

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being marked as “ready for collection” — usually the same or next day after the order is placed.

We will notify you when your order is ready. If you provided an incorrect email address or did not receive the notification, the 14-day period will be calculated from the date of purchase.

Store collection orders will be held for 7 days. If uncollected, the order will be discarded, and a refund will be processed.


3. Return Resolutions

Refund

A full refund will be issued to the original payment method if the item is returned within 14 days, unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the return.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

Items purchased with a credit note will be refunded to a credit note.

To exchange a product simple return your products for a refund and place a brand new order for the items you want in exchange.


Credit Note

If prefer, you may choose a credit note, issued within 2–3 business days after receipt of your return.

Items must meet the same return conditions as above.

 

4. Returns Care

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments, many of which are created using delicate chiffons, fine embroideries, and intricate hand embellishments. To preserve their quality and beauty, we kindly ask that all returns are handled with the utmost care.

Please ensure that returned items are:

Neatly folded and placed securely within suitable packaging.

Protected from creasing or pressure, particularly around areas with embellishment.

Handled gently, avoiding any damage to delicate fabrics, threads, or beadwork.

As each piece is carefully inspected upon return, garments received in a condition that shows signs of careless handling or damage may be subject to a partial deduction or decline of refund, depending on the extent of the issue.

We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Thoughtful handling ensures that every creation continues to reflect the elegance and refinement it was designed with.


5. Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately and within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not use the garment. We can provide a return label or arrange home collection.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition.
Damage identified after use cannot be accepted for return, but we may offer free repairs (back-to-base).
A majority of our items are hand embroidered and embellished and therefore fragile in their usage. From time to time beading may become displaced and this is not regarded as a fault but is due to the nature of the work. 
These garments should be worn with care.
If damage is due to misuse or negligence, we cannot offer repairs or returns.

 

6. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery for orders and recommend using the same service for returns.

7. Cancellations & Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to cancel or amend it. However, you may submit a request via our WhatsApp number, and we will make every effort to accommodate the change if possible.

 

8. Delivery Disputes & Missing Parcels

Disputed Delivery

You will be notified by email when your parcel has been dispatched. Please monitor tracking information.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours. This time limit is imposed by the courier.


Missing Parcels

First, check with household members and neighbours.

If still missing, notify us immediately so we can initiate an investigation with the courier.

Couriers may leave parcels outside. If stolen, this is considered theft, and a police crime reference number will be required for an insurance claim.

Investigations typically take 1–4 weeks. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the investigation is complete.

 

9. Washing Instructions

All garments are dry clean only. Due to variations in fabric compositions, detergent types, and washing methods beyond our control, we cannot accept returns for items that have been washed. Washing is undertaken at your own risk.
Please note that due to hand dyeing methods used the colours are not guaranteed. We cannot be liable for any damage to your garments due to not complying with the washing instructions given.  More casual items should be washed separately, ideally by hand in cold water and thoroughly rinsed.

 

10. Compensation

We do not offer compensation for inconvenience, missed events, or dissatisfaction. This policy may be updated without prior notice.
